LeBron James Issues Warning to Lakers He Ready to Skip Game for Bronny’s USC Debut

Thursday night, LeBron James, a sensation for the Los Angeles Lakers, issued a warning to the front office, teammates, and fans that he will soon be required to miss a regular season game if it coincides with his son Bronny’s freshman year at USC.

James, 38, made it obvious to the media following the Lakers’ road loss at Paycom Center to the Oklahoma City Thunder that his family takes precedence over his career.

“Champions, family comes first in all things. Each of you is cherished by me. James stated, “However, I absolutely must watch Bronny’s first collegiate game as soon as he is healthy and clear to play.”

After experiencing a cardiac arrest during a USC practice session almost six months ago, Bronny, age 19, is now making preparations for his eagerly awaited return to the court.

It is only natural for James to want to witness his son play in his first collegiate basketball game after experiencing such a terrifying experience; no one on the Lakers will object.

When will Bronny James make his USC debut?

Bronny has been cleared by medical personnel to resume his basketball activities at USC; however, his anticipated debut date is not yet known.

Bronny is scheduled to begin college basketball practices the following week and is anticipated to make his debut shortly. At this time, the USC Trojans hold a 6-2 record.

The only three meetings between USC and the Lakers in the following month will occur on December 2 and 30, and January 3

The Lakers (11-9) will host the Houston Rockets on Saturday and then face the Phoenix Suns at home in the first elimination round of the NBA In-Season Tournament on Tuesday.
